I was offered a room with magnificent views of the park infront of it. The staff were very amicable and provided a good service. The vibe here was quiet;))

During my recent visit to Taif, I had the pleasure of staying at Awaliv Suites and it exceeded my expectations. The staff members were prompt and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious Studio with Spa, even though I had booked a junior suite. The location of the hotel was conveniently near shopping malls and easy to access. The hotel was clean and quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Additionally, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, making my experience even more pleasant. I was impressed with the modern amenities and the variety of food options available for delivery to my room. The flexible working hours of the restaurant and the delicious menu were also commendable. I particularly appreciate the exceptional service provided by Mr. Majed, who was attentive and ensured I had a great stay.

This place is very neat and tidy with a fantastic location close to shops, restaurants, the airport road, and a great shopping mall.

1. Arabic breakfast served in room had no set menue, but room service manager (Tasneem) was very helpful in arranging from buffet. 2. All staff friendly. 3. Shopping mall convenient. 4. Location.

The room was high-class and well-equipped, offering climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. the staff was attentive and very friendly all the time. - the experience was really good; I would absolutely stay here again.

Very bad location as it is clost to a shoping mall and therefore you need to spend 15 min. at least to find a place to park while having to deal with the too cowded road. When you ask them for help, they'll ask you to manage yourself.

Pros of my stay at Platinium Park: I was delighted by the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Mr. Alzahrani, who upgraded us to a spacious studio. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the heart of Taif, malls, and Alhawiah Road. The value for money was excellent, making it a highly satisfying stay. The room was well-equipped with kitchen facilities, and the staff allowed us to check in early and check out late without any hassle. The overall experience was mind-blowing and exceeded my expectations. The prompt and attentive service, along with the spacious room, made this stay at Platinium Park unforgettable. The attention and care provided by the staff, especially Majed, added to the enjoyment of my visit. However, there were some minor issues such as the absence of hot water in the room, as well as the lack of a restaurant and food options. Nonetheless, these minor setbacks did not overshadow the otherwise exceptional experience.

I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone unless someone I truely hate!!

The hotel is clean, has views of the park infront of it. Staff is very amicable and you can park your car on site. I recommend who wants to rest in Ta'if.
